VestAI offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription.

5.2 Billing

By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You are responsible for all charges incurred
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Premium subscriptions. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. No refunds for partial months or after 30 days.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until that date.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of VestAI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models, are owned by VestAI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to VestAI (such as portfolio data and queries). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content to provide and improve our Services.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about VestAI become our property, and we may use them without restriction or compensation.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Investment Advice

IMPORTANT: VestAI IS NOT A SEBI-REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR.

Our Services provide information and analysis tools for educational purposes only. We do not provide personalized investment advice, recommendations, or endorsements. All investment decisions are your sole responsibility.

7.2 No Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

7.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VESTAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VestAI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your investment decisions

10. Modifications to Terms
